The FAHES management as of prime importance identified quality of its services and processes, and this led to the establishment and certification of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2000 and upgraded the latest ISO 9001: 2008 version certification in March - 2010 by LRQA. The direct involvement and commitment of Top Management in the Quality Management System ensures that the company is always monitoring its objectives and placing itself on a path of continual improvement.
